Homeowner, investor, developer, and director of The Street Buyers Agency, Cat Vulich brings over two decades of rich experience in property, interior, and building design to the Sunshine Coast.

As a mother of three, Cat understands the dynamics of a busy family life and possesses the unique vision to see the potential in properties.

Cat has been a Coast local since 2006 and has strong connections, not only in the design, building and real estate industries, but with communities across the Coast.

Cat has turned her passion for properties into profitable ventures for her family and her clients.
